Tell us about your company and how you partner with IGEL. How long have you been an IGEL partner?
Mike Smith: Apporto is a leading provider of Virtual Desktops and specializes in enabling secure and mobile work environments. We are recognized in Gartner’s 2023 Magic Quadrant for Desktop as a Service (DaaS), highlighting our commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction. We pride ourselves on our 100% “Would Recommend” rating from customers and being the highest-rated DaaS provider on Gartner Peer Insights, surpassing industry giants like Citrix, VMware, AWS, and Microsoft.
As we begin our partnership with IGEL, we are excited to integrate their transformative endpoint OS solutions with our proven virtual desktop offerings to further enhance the efficiency and security of digital workspaces for our clients. This collaboration delivers a near-native desktop experience at a lower total cost, providing unmatched value and superior user experiences to our customers.
Do you have any examples of customers who have benefited from using your solution with IGEL?
Mike Smith: We currently have numerous customers and prospects with whom we’re working to deliver next-generation mobile work solutions. Apporto provides an alternative to the traditional physical desktop and legacy VDI solutions. We strip out the complexity of delivering virtual desktops and do it at an overall lower total cost.
