IGEL Honored as Gold 2018 Globee Award Winner for Sales Revenue Growth in USA

IGEL’s Enit Nichani Also Recognized as a Gold Winner in the 2018 Women World Awards - Excellence in Business Woman of the Year

2018-Globee-Gold IGEL San Francisco, July 17, 2018 – IGEL, a world leader in endpoint security and optimization software for the secure enterprise, today announced that it has been recognized for its outstanding revenue growth with a Gold Globee®Award in the Sales Revenue Growth of the Year – USA, 100-499 employee, category.  In addition, IGEL’s Director of Marketing, North America, Enit Nichani has been recognized with a Gold award in the prestigious Women World Awards in the Excellence in Business Women of the Year, 100-499 employee, category.

Through innovative marketing programs orchestrated by Nichani, IGEL amassed 5,700 new evaluation requests and 1,888 completed product demos in under nine months. That pointed to $8.3 million in new sales opportunities and drove exponential sales growth in the U.S. market for the year ending 2017. During the period, total revenue (including hardware and software) grew 74% while U.S. software license revenue grew a massive 589%.

“With the introduction of new U.S. management in 2016 and a push toward establishing five customer support hubs across the U.S., IGEL has seen its market position rise from seventh in 2015 to third in 2017. This is solely in terms of hardware sales and does not account for over 55,000 software licenses also sold in the U.S. over the same period,” said IDC Research Analyst Michael Ceroici in the IDC Topline report, “Endpoints as Attractive Solutions for Cost-Effective, Secure Endpoint security and optimization” which also names IGEL the fastest growing endpoint provider in the U.S.[1]

“Rapid growth has been our hallmark over the past year at IGEL,” said Jed Ayres, President and CEO, IGEL North America. “To achieve this growth, we’ve completed a major pivot in our company focus – emphasizing our innovative software first, before our hardware solutions. This has enabled us to showcase how we can help customers save millions while gaining greater manageability and security over their endpoint devices. The result has been extraordinary and we’re honored to be recognized by the Globee Awards for our growth achievement and by the Women World Awards for Enit’s remarkable contributions to our success.”
